The FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) has a special legislative "pass" that allows it to implement labor contracts before negotiations are completed. It has already used this method with other labor organizations and screwed them badly. The FAA Administrator has compared 20 year veteran air traffic controllers with fast-food employees -- to her they are one and the same level of brain engagement. Separating planes is not flipping grease bombs. There are two bills in Congress - Senate 2201 and House Bill HR4755 that address the loophole in the negotiations processes. Please call 1-877-FairFAA and ask your representative to support Senate Bill 2201 or House Bill HR4755 to close the FAA Loophole that currently exists.
